Lindsay has more than 29 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment, 15 years as a WHSQE professional.

Lindsay has amassed a variety of practical and theoretical knowledge with regard to the conceptualisation, development, implementation and maintenance of best practice safety, quality and environmental systems.

Lindsay prides himself on using his analytical problem-solving skills and experience to provide solutions to a variety of risks as well as helping to develop and maintain compliance systems to ensure his clients have safe, successful businesses.

Prior to starting as an OHSEQ consultant with SafetyZone, Wally has had over 40 years experience working within manufacturing environments. Many of these years were spent within the areas of quality compliance and system development, rising to the position of national quality manager.

Wally’s role at SafetyZone allows him to work with businesses to develop comprehensive and accurate OHS, environmental and quality management systems. Wally assists clients in meeting legislative and contractual requirements across a variety of industries.

David’s role at SafetyZone allows him to undertake a variety of project risk and Occupational Health related projects across a variety of small, medium and large businesses as well as on behalf of primary contractors.

This includes processes such as shutdown OHS management, risk assessment, contractor training, SWMS review and toolbox talks.

Professional Experience:

Kerrie has a broad background having worked in a wide range of roles including agriculture, petrochemical industry, manufacturing, adult training and secondary education as well as R and D in a toxicological field at CSIRO. This gives Kerrie an excellent understanding of the risks and potential solutions in a wide range of environments.

Kerrie has a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management from Federation University and is experienced providing hazard identification, risk assessments, development of a wide range of documentation. She works collaboratively with a wide range of people including management, experienced professional staff, trades and plant operators to find practicable solutions for problems identified and developing methods to ensure continual improvement. She has experience in providing practical training to staff in both formal and informal settings.

Kerrie has successfully managed Return to Work for staff reducing the impact injuries on staff and the business.

As a chemist Kerrie has a strong understanding and of the legal and practical safe handling requirements for the management of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Chemicals. This is an area where Kerrie is particularly interested in assisting businesses.
